Gillespie Florists 65 Days of Summer Contest - Official Rules
Eligibility:
- This contest is open to legal residents of Indiana who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Employees of Gillespie Florists and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
- Void where prohibited.
Entry Period:
- The contest entry period begins on July 1 and ends on September 4th, 2024, at 11:59 PM EST.
How to Enter:
- There are two ways to enter:

- Public Social Media Entry: Publicly post a photo on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram that features flowers, gifts, or other products from Gillespie Florists. Include the hashtag #65DAYSOFSUMMER and tag the appropriate Gillespie Florists account (as listed above). Tag yourself and anyone else in the photo.
- Private Account Entry: If your social media account is private, email your photo to gillespieflorists@gmail.com with "ATTN: Social Media Contest Entry" in the subject line. Include your name and contact information in the email. Gillespie Florists will add your entry to the "65 Days of Summer Contest Album" on Facebook.
- Multiple entries are allowed, but each entry must be unique and will be treated as individual entries.
Selection of Winner:
- On or about September 6th, 2024, Gillespie Florists will determine the winner by tallying the total number of "Likes" and comments received on each entry in the "65 Days of Summer Contest Album" on Facebook. The entry with the highest combined total of "Likes" and comments will be declared the winner.
- In the case of a tie, a random drawing will be conducted to select the winner from among the tied entries.
Prize:
- The winner will receive a $65.00 gift card to Gillespie Florists.
- No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of the prize will be allowed.
General Conditions:
- By entering the contest, participants agree to be bound by these official rules and regulations.
- Gillespie Florists reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest at any time without notice.
- Gillespie Florists reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these official rules or that Gillespie Florists deems to be inappropriate or offensive.
- Entrants grant Gillespie Florists the non-exclusive right to use, publish, and display their contest entry photos (including the participant's name and likeness) for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation.
- Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram are not sponsors of this contest and are not affiliated with Gillespie Florists.
Winner Announcement:
- The winner will be announced on Facebook on or about September 9th, 2024.
- The winner will also be contacted directly by Gillespie Florists using the contact information provided in their entry.
